Dogtra Takeover Program
1. Eligible models

Additional necklace:
- DOGTRA PATHFINDER
- DOGTRA PATHFINDER MINI 1st generation
A complete kit corresponds to:
- 1 connector
- 1 GPS collar
NB: Any return of accessories such as the charger or case has no impact on the discount granted for the purchase of the new product.
Only the 1st generation DOGTRA PATHFINDER and DOGTRA PATHFINDER MINI models are eligible for the trade-in program. Sending any other product will not qualify for a trade-in, and any ineligible product received by Dogtra will either be destroyed or returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
2. Return Policy
By participating in the Dogtra Trade-In Program, you acknowledge and agree that any device, component or accessory sent to Dogtra under this Program becomes the exclusive property of Dogtra upon receipt and may not be returned.
Ownership of products sent for return and deemed eligible by Dogtra is permanently transferred to Dogtra.
Products deemed ineligible may be returned to the sender at the sender's expense. If the sender does not request a return, they will be destroyed.
It is the sender's responsibility to properly package and ship the product for return. Dogtra is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during shipping.
3. Shipping requirements and mandatory form
By participating in the Dogtra Trade-In Program, you acknowledge and accept your responsibility for printing and affixing the duly completed official Dogtra form.
This form is mandatory to enable the identification of your product which is the subject of a return request and to validate the return.
If the form is missing or not fully completed, Dogtra reserves the right to reject the return request and consider the sent product abandoned, unless the sender recovers it at their own expense.
You also acknowledge that you are solely responsible for shipping costs and sending your product subject to a trade-in request to Dogtra via the carrier of your choice.
Dogtra declines all responsibility in the event of lost packages or packages delivered without a duly completed accompanying form.
The form is therefore essential for your return request to be accepted and for the reduction offered for the purchase of a new product to be granted.
4. Warranty
New products purchased through the trade-in program are covered by a 2-year legal warranty. To benefit from this warranty, you must retain proof of purchase and present it to the seller and/or the product manufacturer in the event of a repair request.
In the absence of proof of purchase, Dogtra will estimate the age of your product based on the product's serial number. This estimate may differ from the actual date of purchase.
