Two-year limited warranty

Dogtra-Europe offers the initial purchaser a two-year warranty from the date of purchase for products sold by Dogtra-Europe and its authorized resellers. Replaceable batteries in the YS100, iQ No Bark, iQ CLiQ and BALL TRAINER models are not covered by warranty.
* Return shipping for warranty work is at the device owner's expense. The costs of returning the repaired product are at the expense of Dogtra-Europe.
Any expedited shipping service is the responsibility of the device owner.
If the repair is not covered by the warranty, the costs of parts, labor and shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Not covered by warranty

Dogtra-Europe DOES NOT offer a warranty for damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance and/or loss of parts.
Any damage caused by water infiltration inside the water resistant, non-waterproof transmitters of the Dogtra models 175NCP , 180NCP , 200NCP , 400NCP , 410NCP , iQ PLUS , iQ CLiQ , and BALL TRAINER , and water-resistant, non-waterproof receivers, from RRS , DRR , RR Deluxe , and BALL TRAINER , is not covered by the warranty.

The warranty does not apply if the unit has been modified or if an unauthorized person has intervened inside the unit. Customer replacement of batteries during the warranty period is not recommended. If the customer decides to change the batteries, any damage caused to the unit during this change will not be covered by the warranty.
If the serial number of a Dogtra product is removed, the warranty no longer applies. Dogtra-Europe reserves the right to retain and dispose of damaged parts after repair and replacement.

Out-of-warranty repairs

For repair work that is no longer covered by the warranty, after checking by the technician, an estimate will be sent to the customer. This estimate includes the cost of spare parts, labor and transport.
Attach a letter explaining the problem encountered and specify your surname, first name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.

The repair procedure

If the unit does not operate correctly, refer to the Troubleshooting Guide in the user manual and call the After-Sales Service atu +33 (0)1 30 62 49 42 before returning the device to Dogtra-Europe for repair.

Transport costs for returning products under warranty to Dogtra-Europe are the responsibility of the customer. Dogtra-Europe is not responsible for any damage or loss occurring when returning a device. Dogtra-Europe is not responsible for loss of time or any other inconvenience caused by the return of a device for repair. Dogtra-Europe does not lend devices and does not offer any compensation while the device is being repaired.

A copy of the invoice showing the date of purchase must be presented before any warranty repair.

If you are sending products for repair from a country or territory outside of the European Union (EU), please make sure to declare your shipment as a RETURN FOR REPAIR, with NO COMMERCIAL VALUE, and a customs value NOT EXCEEDING 5 EUR. This is to avoid unnecessary customs duties and taxes being charged at the border. Dogtra-Europe will refuse to accept any return shipments if payment of taxes and/or duties is required for their delivery.
